Our goal is always to provide you, your guests and group top notch customer service at The Oak Loft and help make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We strive to help you have an incredible vacation and experiences while also creating long-lasting memories with friends and loved ones. If there is anything our team can do to help make your stay extra special, such as help with any unique plans such as a birthday, anniversary, or proposal, please do not hesitate to ask our locally owned and operated 24/7 team members!

1. NO SMOKING - This is a no smoking property which includes no vaping, no smoking of any kind, and no burning candles (scented or unscented).
2. PETS - No more than 2 pets are welcome. Please do not allow them to swim in the pool. There is chlorine in the pool that can allow severe dryness of their skin. Also, the animal hair will build up on the pool filter.
3. NO PARTIES - No parties and please be considerate of our neighbors by limiting noise during the evening hours.
4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES - Please take care of the furnishings. Do not rearrange any furniture. Any damages to the property and furnishings will be charged to the account on file. 

At the Oak loft, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our professional cleaning service company. All of the 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting / sanitizing each home after every stay making sure to clean all disinfected surfaces. We are following all of the CDC guidelines and we closely monitor the latest updates. We wash all provided towels, throw blankets, and bedding at high temperatures after each stay. We also have a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, a first aid kit under the bathroom sink, and smoke detectors / smoke alarms in every room. 

Hello! I (Annette) am a 30-something Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. My sister-in-law (Shanna) is a Nurse at a renowned Hospital here in San Antonio.

I have tons of hobbies and most of them involve spend quality time with my two boys and husband. Some of my favorite activities are visiting animals such as seeing the Orcas from Sea World, feeding the Ostrich @ Wildlife Ranch or driving in the neighborhood at #theoakloft to watch the deer graze.

We have been Short Term Rental hosts for more than 2 years and absolutely love it! We have met some of our best friends through hosting and only stay at Short Term Rentals when we travel.
