We strive to help you have an incredible vacation and experiences while also creating long-lasting memories with friends and loved ones. • No smoking inside the home or garage
• Pets allowed with an additional charge of $150 per animal. Max. is 2
• Outside catering is welcome
• Alcohol permitted, but please drink responsibly
• No loud music or parties after 10 PM
• All guests must be listed in the reservation
• No unauthorized overnight guests
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool and hot tub
• Use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk
• No glassware near the pool or hot tub
• Please leave furniture and decor as you found it
• Report any damages or issues promptly

At The Oak Loft, your well-being is our top priority. Every rental is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after each stay. Our 5-star trained cleaning team wears masks and gloves while thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces, following the latest CDC guidelines and updates.

We ensure all towels, bedding, and throw blankets are washed at high temperatures for maximum cleanliness. For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with smoke detectors in every room, a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, and a first aid kit in the bathroom.

Hello! I (Annette) am a 30-something Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. My sister-in-law (Shanna) is a Nurse at a renowned Hospital here in San Antonio.

I have tons of hobbies and most of them involve spend quality time with my two boys and husband. Some of my favorite activities are visiting animals such as seeing the Orcas from Sea World, feeding the Ostrich @ Wildlife Ranch or driving in the neighborhood at #theoakloft to watch the deer graze.

We have been Short Term Rental hosts for more than 2 years and absolutely love it! We have met some of our best friends through hosting and only stay at Short Term Rentals when we travel.
