The Master bedroom has:

The Oak Loft will accommodate up to 10 overnight guests comfortably in a 4 bedroom: 2 King Beds, 4 Full Size Beds and a Queen-size Pull-Out Couch located on the first floor.

The connecting Master bathroom provides a 2-countertop station with a walk-in glass shower. Complimentary full-size towels, washcloths, make-up facewash, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available during your stay.

The upstairs full bathroom provides a 2-countertop station with a shower and tub. Complimentary full-size towels, washcloths, make-up facewash, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available during your stay.

The Board Game Room has:

Two to Four additional guests can “rough it” on a comfortable air mattress and 2 couches (1 in living room & 1 in garage; air mattress not provided) if need be.

Our pool is open year-round and includes a relaxing hot tub and heated pool feature—perfect for cooler months. If you'd like to use the heating option, there is a one-time, nonrefundable fee of $150.
This feature becomes available upon payment, which can be made during your reservation or immediately after via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App.

We welcome well-behaved pets at The Oak Loft! A one-time fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per stay. To help us maintain our barefoot-friendly backyard, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet. If pet waste is left behind, a $150 post-stay cleanup fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If a guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the guest will be charged for 50% for all nights. If the guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the guest will be charged 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, the guest will not receive a refund.
