There is a 16% hotel tax added to the reservation, 3% service fee, and $325 cleaning fees per stay. Minimum of 2-night stay.
The Aloe Vera Room has:

- View overlooking the front yard where the deer graze during the evening
- resides on the 2nd floor
Our Rooms
The Oak Loft will accommodate up to 10 overnight guests comfortably in a 4 bedroom: 2 King Beds, 4 Full Size Beds and a Queen-size Pull-Out Couch located on the first floor.
The San Antonio Room has:
- 2 Full Size beds
- Shared Full Bathroom
- 45" Smart TV
- View overlooking the pool
- resides on the 2nd floor
The Kiddo's Room
The Kids Room has:
- 2 Full Size beds
- Shared Full Bathroom
- Children's books
- Infant/Toddler games
- View overlooking the front yard where the deer graze during the evening.

Connecting Master Bathroom
The connecting Master bathroom provides a 2-countertop station with a walk-in glass shower. Complimentary full-size towels, washcloths, make-up facewash, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available during your stay.
A walk-in closet is connected to the master bathroom.
Shared Full Bathroom
The upstairs full bathroom provides a 2-countertop station with a shower and tub. Complimentary full-size towels, washcloths, make-up facewash, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available during your stay.
Board Game Room / Queen Pull-out Couch
The Board Game Room has:
- A Bookshelf filled with board games, Poker chips & cards, Books, deck of cards, and puzzle
- Queen-size Pull-out couch
- New Additions (04/2024): 2 nightstands, 2 reading lamps on each side of the bed, clock, extra foam bedding for comfort, and a wall circular mirror
Game Room
Two to Four additional guests can “rough it” on a comfortable air mattress and 2 couches (1 in living room & 1 in garage; air mattress not provided) if need be.

Optional Additions
Heating the pool / Heating the Hot Tub

Our pool is open all year round and has a hot tub / heated pool feature to relax during the colder months. Should you choose to use the heated features for the hot tub or heated pool there is a one-time nonrefundable charge of $150 for each or $300 for both. This feature will be accessible upon payment. Option to pay can be during the reservation or immediately after via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or Cashapp
Pet Fees

Should you choose to bring a pet with you, there is a One Time Fee of $250. Also note that we pride ourselves on keeping a barefoot friendly backyard! If we have to pick up poop in the backyard then there will be a $150 charge post stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If a guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the guest will be charged for 50% for all nights. If the guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the guest will be charged 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, the guest will not receive a refund.
